A young teenage boy is looking for an assistant who brings security and a big heart. Our client has autism and needs help with daily routines and activities. You will support, inspire, respect, and motivate the client. The client is active and needs an assistant who wants to keep up with his pace but also won't get bored during quieter moments. We're looking for someone who is engaged, playful, and able to work with a calm, low-key approach. Experience with autism and work as a personal assistant is a plus, but personality is the highest priority. A good personal fit with both the client and family is essential. The family also has other children receiving personal assistance and pets, so you cannot have pet allergies. The workplace is located in Glanshammar. Since public transportation is limited, a driver's license and car are required. Current working hours are daytime and evening shifts, with possible weekend work. Before employment, you must provide references and a clean background check.
