⚽️ Active and Trustworthy Assistant Needed for 11-Year-Old Boy in Härnösand We are looking for a stable, energetic, and trustworthy adult who wants to work as a personal assistant for an 11-year-old boy in Härnösand. He is an active boy who loves speed and movement – especially ball sports, outdoor play, and video games. We are looking for someone who can match his energy while also being calm and stable when needed. He also has a significantly limited ability to think about consequences and can quickly become emotional. We are therefore looking for someone who is stable, who can work in a low-affect manner, and set boundaries in a safe and calm way. This job is more than babysitting; it is an active and responsible assignment where you become an important part of his daily life. Job Responsibilities Participate in active play and movement Be a trustworthy and stable role model Assist with hygiene and daily routines Tube feeding Support with bladder management Prevent and manage strong emotions in a calm manner We are looking for someone who: Has good physical fitness Is trustworthy and stable Can set clear boundaries in a calm manner Can handle intense situations without backing down Preferably has experience in sports, working with children, or NPF A driver's license and access to your own car are required as they are necessary to get to the job. Previous experience in assistance or care is a merit but not a requirement – we place great emphasis on personal suitability. Working hours: Day, evening, around-the-clock shifts, and on-call work occur. The position is mediated through an established assistance provider. We look forward to your application!
