We're looking for you who combine a strong technical background in systems development with practical experience building modern AI solutions, particularly in generative AI. You're equally comfortable developing solutions as you are inspiring colleagues, conducting workshops, and helping customers find the right path forward.
With us, you'll become a central part of our AI initiative. You'll support our development teams with expertise and guidance, help raise our internal AI maturity, and be a key person in dialogue with customers. At the same time, you'll work on consulting projects where you design and develop AI solutions that create real business value.
In the role, you will
Be a driving force in our AI initiative and contribute to developing our offering.
Support and coach our development teams on AI, generative AI, and modern development tools.
Help our teams use AI for increased productivity and higher quality in development.
Design and implement AI solutions together with our customers.
Participate in customer dialogues and help customers identify how AI can create business value.
Plan and conduct AI workshops, inspiration sessions, and pre-studies.
Stay updated on rapid developments in AI and put new opportunities into practice.
Work on consulting projects focusing on AI and modern systems development.
We believe you
Have several years of experience in systems development.
Have practical experience developing and implementing AI solutions, preferably with a focus on generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and similar techniques.
Have a good understanding of how AI integrates into modern systems and business processes.
Are comfortable with code, architecture, and technical decisions.
Enjoy sharing knowledge and coaching other developers.
Are confident in customer dialogue and can explain complex technology in a clear and engaging way.
Have a consulting mindset and enjoy building long-term customer relationships.
Are curious, humble, and driven by exploring new opportunities.
