Tasks and Areas of Responsibility About the Role As a Fullstack AI builder at Ikama, you will work on qualified customer projects where technology has real significance. You will be involved early in the process, when the need is not always fully defined, and you help the customer understand the problem, determine the right technical path, and transform ideas into robust, secure, and usable solutions in production. AI is a natural part of the approach and is used throughout the development process for analysis, implementation, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting. The role suits you if you want to combine solid development craftsmanship with consulting, customer dialogue, and solution architecture. Your Assignment Drive technical problem-solving in customer projects where needs, goals, and the path forward are not always predefined. Analyze business-related challenges and transform them into sustainable technical solutions. Develop and further develop software solutions with requirements for quality, security, and operational reliability. Use AI-supported approaches to streamline development, while maintaining responsibility for review, testing, and technical quality. Contribute to technical decisions regarding architecture, integrations, cloud, data, and production deployment. Collaborate closely with customers, teams, and other key stakeholders to create solutions that work in practice and stand the test of time. Your Profile Your Profile You are someone who takes responsibility when the path forward is not fully defined. You are curious about the customer's business, dare to ask clarifying questions about the problem, and have the ability to turn dialogue into concrete technical solutions. You thrive in a consulting role where you need to build trust, drive progress, and maintain high quality in your craft, from initial idea to functioning solution in production. The role requires that you have: Consulting competence and confidence in dialogue with customers and technical stakeholders. Relevant post-secondary education in systems development, computer engineering, or equivalent experience. Senior experience in systems development and deployed solutions. Good understanding of modern DevOps principles and approaches. Experience developing robust, secure, and long-term maintainable solutions. Experience with cloud, platform, or operational environments. Habits of using AI tools as part of the development process. Ability to review, test, and quality-assure code and technical solutions. Ability to undergo and be approved for security screening.
