Telephone operators ensure phone communication with customers and provide information about offered products and services. The job involves active or passive phone communication, identifying customer needs, processing requests, entering and updating data in internal systems, and documenting communication results. The position also includes resolving routine customer inquiries, computer work, and adhering to established work procedures and quality standards. Requirements: good communication skills, pleasant demeanor, basic computer user knowledge, independence, reliability, and willingness to communicate with customers.
