Work Location: Chrudim District Part-time positions available Telephone operator ensures telephone communication with customers and provides information about offered products and services. Job responsibilities include active or passive telephone communication, identifying customer needs, processing requests, entering and updating data in internal systems, and documenting communication results. Work also includes handling routine customer requests, computer work, and adhering to established work procedures and quality standards. Requirements: good communication skills, pleasant demeanor, basic computer literacy, independence, reliability, and willingness to communicate with customers.
