Join TORSUS and Pulsar Expo as a Human Capital Department Administrator and become an important part of our Human Capital team. In this role, you will support the smooth flow of processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle, maintain accurate HC records, coordinate documentation and communication, and help ensure that our employee-related processes are well-organized, compliant with regulations, and completed on time.
Requirements:
o University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or another relevant field.
o Previous experience in HR, administration, or office support is welcome, but not required.
o Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
o Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
o Good communication and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks at once.
o Proficiency working with digital tools and MS Office.
o Experience with HRIS systems, particularly HiBob, is an advantage.
o English at B2 level or higher; Ukrainian and Czech are advantageous.
Job Responsibilities:
o Maintaining accurate Human Capital records in digital and physical form.
o Support for pre-onboarding and onboarding of new employees in the Czech Republic.
o Processing employment documentation, including employment contracts, amendments, and employee records.
o Management of HRIS system and support for accurate updates of employee data.
o Support for processes throughout the employee lifecycle, including hires, terminations, promotions, and transfers.
o Communication with external HC partners and vendors and verification of attendance data for payroll.
o Administrative and operational support to the Chief People Officer.
o Ensuring compliance with internal HC policies, procedures, and relevant employer obligations.
