Ref: 20261973 Do you want to become a key person in a dedicated administrative team? We are now looking for an administrator who wants to take a central role in supporting our operations within Local Service Housing, which is part of the Employment and Social Services Department. Job Responsibilities In this role, you will work closely with the section manager and collaborate with both our nine custodians and our three administrators. Your main workplace will be at Järnyxegatan 11, where you will become an important part of a team that values quality, service, and collaboration highly. You will work with typical tasks for the role but also with a focus on initiatives that can reduce turnaround times for restoring housing units. As an administrator, you are responsible for managing records, archiving, report writing, documentation, and data entry in various systems. The role may also include booking, preparing, and coordinating meetings, preparing cases, compiling materials, invoice management, purchasing, case management, and contact with external parties, direct procurement, as well as administration in operational systems and personnel systems. Together, we contribute to the smooth operation of the business, ensuring that clients have a good living environment, and that the work environment for employees is both safe and efficient. Qualifications To be eligible for the position, you must have: Completed upper secondary education Several years of experience in administrative work Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Good computer skills, with particularly strong proficiency in the Office suite. It is meritorious for the position if you have: Post-secondary education Experience with invoice management Experience with purchasing in the Ekot system Experience working in the Medvind and H-rutan systems Experience with service-oriented work Experience with administrative work in the public sector Good proficiency in Excel Experience in social work The role requires you to be flexible and thrive in a dynamic environment. You are thorough and organized in your work and have a high sense of responsibility. You have good collaboration skills and are very service-oriented and unpretentious when taking on different types of work tasks. The workload varies over time, so you need to be stress-tolerant and have a good ability to handle temporary work peaks. About the Workplace The Local Service Housing Section will consist, apart from the section manager, of 13 employees, of which 9 are custodians and 4 are administrators who serve housing in the Employment and Social Services Department. Our mission is to serve the department's housing regarding restoration and furnishing of apartments, maintenance of interior and exterior facilities, orders, and warehouse management. The section plays a central role in development work to ensure that operations are conducted with high quality from a customer perspective, while the restoration time of housing units is an important factor for both economic sustainability and more efficient availability of housing spaces.
