About Us
We are looking for an administrator for Administrative Unit 2 Children. Our area of responsibility includes the departments of Pediatric Surgery, Pediatric Heart Center, BIVA, Neonatal and Health Professions for Children and Young People. Our unit works in close collaboration with Administrative Unit 1 Children and together we have a mandate to ensure completeness in pediatric healthcare regarding patient-facing administration.

Job Description
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure accessible and efficient administration for pediatric healthcare clinics through management of patient telephone services, referral scheduling and patient administrative matters.
About You
We are looking for someone with a completed upper secondary education, preferably with a focus on IT or administration. Previous experience with hospital administrative data systems is a merit.
As you will have patient contact, we require that you have good interpersonal skills and a strong service mindset. You have a flexible approach to work where you willingly take on new tasks and areas of responsibility. We value good collaboration skills, social competence, flexibility and a solution-oriented attitude. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
