About Us
We are seeking an administrator for Administrative Unit 1 Children. Our area of responsibility includes the departments of Pediatric Medicine, Children's Cancer Center and Radiology for Children and Adolescents. Our unit works in close collaboration with Administrative Unit 2 Children and together we have a mission to oversee the overall management of pediatric healthcare administrative functions.

Job Description
You will primarily staff our reception at the Pediatric Medicine Department. There you will answer phones, arrange interpreters and transportation to various hospitals, check patients in and out, run errands to other departments/labs, participate in morning briefings with doctors, and more.
About You
We are looking for someone with completed upper secondary education, preferably with a focus on IT or administration. Previous experience with hospital administrative computer systems is a merit.
As you will be our patients' first contact with us, we expect you to have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong service orientation. You have a flexible approach to work where you willingly take on new tasks and responsibilities. We value good collaboration skills, social competence, flexibility and a solution-oriented attitude. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
