Responsibilities
As an Administrator, you have a central function in the business and are responsible for ensuring that administrative processes, internal routines, and office-related matters function effectively. The role combines financial administration, HR support, and office coordination, which means a varied workday with both operational and coordinating tasks. You work closely with the company's Site Manager and CFO and provide support to employees on various administrative matters. In addition to ongoing administrative work, you actively contribute to creating a well-organized and pleasant workplace.
You also have the role of Office Coordinator, where you are responsible for creating and maintaining a well-functioning office environment. The role includes coordinating and administering practical office-related matters, managing purchases, and ensuring that employees have the conditions necessary to thrive and perform their work in the best way possible.
Handle supplier invoices, coding, and ongoing financial administration
Administer payroll documentation and support HR-related matters
Office purchases, coordinate travel, meetings, and other practical arrangements
Update documentation, policies, routines, and SOPs
Qualifications, Experience, and Personal Qualities
Experience from a similar administrative role
Fluent knowledge of Swedish and English, in both spoken and written form
Good skills in Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel
Experience with business or accounting systems; Visma is a merit
Experience in HR work, as well as knowledge of handling supplier invoices and coding is a merit
