We are looking for a colleague who is careful, responsible, communicative, and has a pleasant demeanor. Required: knowledge of PC, Word, and Excel; awareness of accounting (does not need to be an expert); clean criminal record. Job Duties: managing the organization's document management system including data mailbox administration, invoice tracking and recording, maintaining cash ledger in Gordic software, selling meal vouchers to external employees, managing and maintaining the organization's warehouse operations (issuing and receiving protective equipment, cleaning supplies, office supplies, textiles and linens), performing monthly warehouse closings including inventories. We Offer: discounted meals – lunches for 30 Kč, 3 sick days, 5 weeks vacation, benefits from the FKSP fund (zoo tickets, retirement savings contributions), 2x yearly bonuses based on performance. Start date: October 27, 2026 or by agreement. 8th salary grade according to Government Regulation No. 341/2017 Coll., as amended, level based on proven experience from 23,470,- to 33,710,- Kč, with personal compensation after training. Employment contract for 1 year with possibility of extension.
