Job responsibilities: Communication and customer care for Romanian clients. Order taking, complaint resolution, outreach to new customers, and other customer service activities. Knowledge of Pohoda accounting system is an advantage. Romanian language proficiency (both written and verbal) is required. Remote work option available. Requirements: Romanian language proficiency (both written and verbal), ability to communicate in Czech or Slovak, English language knowledge is an advantage, reliability, responsibility, willingness to learn new things.
