We are looking for an administrative accounting specialist — part-time, Falun RL Betongborrning AB was founded in 2021 in Falun. We perform concrete drilling, concrete cutting, concrete grinding, and light demolition for individuals and businesses in Dalarna and surrounding areas. We are eight people with extensive experience in the industry, certified and insured, affiliated with ID06 and Byggföretagen. About the Position You will play a central role in the company's finances and administration: • Manage supplier and customer invoices and receipts • Ongoing bookkeeping and payment tracking • Monthly closing statements and support with annual closing • Project and cost tracking • Payroll preparation, payroll administration, and taxes • Personnel administration: absences, vacation, occupational health, training, and certifications • Ongoing KMA and BKMA administration • Project administration: self-inspections, project starts, risk analyses, and drawings • Company social media • Ensure that routines, policies, and management systems are followed The position is part-time, permanent with a six-month probationary period. Start date October 1, 2026. Qualifications • Economic education at secondary level or higher • Experience in administration and accounting work within the construction industry • Strong skills in Excel, Fortnox, and Fieldly • Structured and meticulous with attention to detail • Able to work both independently and as part of a team • Strong Swedish language skills, both verbal and written Who Are You?
