We have both closed and open placements for closed youth care as well as treatment placements for youth placed under the Care of Young Persons Act (LVU). Job Description The assignment involves creating structure, coordination and long-term planning within areas such as staffing and scheduling, HR, finance, administration and other support functions. As Administrative Manager, you are also responsible for the central kitchen and its staff. You need to be able to switch between strategic issues and operational needs while maintaining a clear overall perspective. You report to the Facility Director and are part of the facility's management team. To be eligible for this position, you should have: an academic degree with focus on HR, social sciences or behavioral sciences or other education that SiS considers relevant documented and current management experience experience of operational, budget and personnel responsibility multi-year broad experience in administrative matters, HR issues and/or finance and budgeting experience of systematic health and safety work at organizational level good ability to express yourself in Swedish orally and in writing good digital competence and ability to work in administrative business systems It is meriting if you have: experience from work in a government agency experience from work in a larger or complex organization experience from staffing and schedule planning experience from change management experience from working in a management team To succeed in the role, you need to be a confident and clear leader with a good ability to see the operation as a whole.
