About the Role In this role, you will work with both consulting and sales, helping customers understand their needs and recommending appropriate treatments. You are responsible for the entire customer journey, from initial contact to follow-up. Responsibilities • Consulting and selling aesthetic treatments • Conducting needs analyses and creating individual treatment plans • Actively following up on leads and customer inquiries • Booking and coordinating consultations • Working toward clear sales targets • Ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term relationships Requirements • Sales experience (required) • Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written • Strong communication skills and a consultative approach • Results-oriented and self-driven Meritorious • Experience in the aesthetic industry • Experience in consultative sales • Familiarity with CRM or booking systems Personal Qualities • Trustworthy and professional • Driven, goal-oriented, and solution-focused • High service awareness • Organized and responsible We Offer • Commission-based salary with very good earning potential • Opportunity to develop within a fast-growing industry • Modern work environment • Training Application Send your application with CV and a brief presentation.
