Job Responsibilities
Would you like to work with technical systems that are crucial for the production of life-saving medicines worldwide?
We are now seeking an operations technician for our Media Department, which is responsible for the media and energy systems that supply Fresenius Kabi's production facility in Uppsala.
With us, you will be part of an experienced team working with operation, maintenance, and development of critical systems such as WFI, steam, cooling, heating, HVAC, compressed air, nitrogen, and water supply.
This is a role for someone who wants to develop the facility, not just maintain it.
Your responsibilities
Operation, monitoring, and maintenance of media and energy systems
Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance
Troubleshoot and resolve operational disruptions
Identify and implement technical improvements
Contribute to increased operational reliability, energy efficiency, and availability
Participate in investment and development projects
Work with documentation, risk analyses, and deviation management
Ensure that work is performed in accordance with regulatory requirements, GMP, and internal quality standards
The role includes on-call duty according to the current team schedule (currently with this position filled - every 6th week)
About You

We believe you have
Technical secondary education or equivalent experience
Experience from operations, maintenance, or process industry
Good computer skills
Good knowledge of Swedish and English
Class B driving license
Merit qualifications include experience from the pharmaceutical industry or other regulated operations, as well as knowledge of GMP/GxP.
About the Position
The position is a fixed-term employment on probation that converts to a permanent position after 6 months by agreement between the parties.
