We are now looking for a colleague to join our customer service department in the role of 2nd line support technician. Our customer service consists of a great team divided into a 1st line and 2nd line.
We are looking for someone who is unpretentious, cheerful, and responsible. You are a team player who enjoys problem-solving, troubleshooting, and learning new things.
Your Profile
To thrive with us, you need to be comfortable working independently with freedom and responsibility, be driven, and have very good computer skills. Furthermore, you need to be experienced with and enjoy providing phone support, and be good at understanding and communicating with different types of people.
The position requires that you as a person can handle a daily routine with various exciting and developmental work tasks and that you enjoy quickly switching between these tasks.
It is a merit to have knowledge in one or more of the following areas:
• Work experience in technical support or similar
• Basic knowledge of networks and communications
• Technical competence and interest
• Phone experience
• Configuration of routers and switches
• WiFi network configuration (Mainly UniFi)
• Email account configuration
• IP telephony and Dect systems
• PBX telephony
• TCP/IP
• DNS
Main Work Tasks:
Support via phone and email.
Troubleshooting broadband, IP telephony, WiFi, and email
Hardware configuration (routers and more)
Various administrative tasks of a more technical nature
You will work with cases of varying difficulty. Your task is to actively investigate what is causing the problems, resolve them, and communicate with the end customer.

About the Position:
Start: As soon as possible by agreement
Scope: Full-time 100% (7-hour workday)
Location: Västerås
Working hours: 08:00-16:00 and 09:00-17:00
