Alma Assistans is an engaged company that works in collaboration with clients to provide personalized personal assistance. We work closely with our clients and know that good relationships are key to well-functioning assistance. We operate throughout Sweden with our headquarters in Uppsala and local offices in Gävle, Stockholm, Gothenburg, Helsingborg, Jönköping, and Växjö. A happy man in his early 30s with significant care needs. He uses a wheelchair and needs help with most things, has epilepsy, many allergies, and is fed through a PEG tube - you will learn all of this on the job. During the day you will spend time together, listen to music, play, and go for walks. As an assistant, you should have a genuine passion for helping others, be attentive, energetic, cheerful, and be able to work independently since the client lives in his own apartment. Being flexible and creative are also good qualities. To make things easier for the client, your Swedish must be fluent in both speech and writing. Working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, and nights all week, sometimes with double assistance. You will be part of a good team with 4 other colleagues and work very closely with the family. There is a possibility for regular shifts, but primarily this involves temporary hourly work. We prefer that you are a non-smoker.
