19-Year-Old Woman Seeking Personal Assistant - Hourly Temporary Positions, Overnight and Weekday Shifts in Ljungby

Alma Assistans is a dedicated company that works closely with our clients to create personalized assistance through collaboration. We understand that strong relationships are the foundation of effective care. We operate throughout Sweden with our main office in Uppsala and local offices in Gävle, Stockholm, Göteborg, Helsingborg, Jönköping, and Växjö. I am a 19-year-old woman living on Bolmsö with my family. I was born with cerebral palsy and need some extra support in my daily life. I need help with everything from personal hygiene to assistance with everyday activities. Important qualities include: attentiveness, respect, openness, and reliability. I am looking for an open-minded person since I am engaged in LGBTQ+ issues and equality for all. I have given lectures about living with a functional variation. To get along well with me, it's important that you are open to differences. I'm early in my career, so as my assistant, you will also be a helping hand at work. It's important that you can assert yourself when needed, but above all that you step back and let me take the lead. My interests include skiing, music, and film. I am a big fan of "Young Royals" and Omar Rydberg. You will be part of a team, so it's important that you are a team player and understand that we need to help each other so I can manage my day. Equipment used includes a lift and a wheelchair. One of my assistants is currently on leave until summer. Therefore, I'm looking for someone who can work at least 1 overnight shift per week on a weekday until summer. Over the summer, there is an opportunity for a full-time summer job for the right person. Requirements: - Woman between 20-40 - Fluent Swedish - Experience working in healthcare - Driver's license and car Shifts are scheduled throughout all hours of the day and also in evenings and on weekends. Shifts can vary but mostly overnight shifts. We are looking for hourly temporary workers! Work shifts are scheduled 9-9. We look forward to receiving your application!
