Job Responsibilities As a middle school teacher, your main task is to plan, conduct, and follow up on instruction. At Parkskolan you focus on the learning mission and work in a dynamic environment with a strong belief that school success is built on collaboration – collaboration between teachers and students, between school and home, and between the school's different competencies. You are responsible for creating a good learning environment both physically and socially, and you are expected to work with both your teaching and the entire school unit's quality development. Mentorship is part of the position as you will be a class teacher for a group of students. Qualifications You have teacher certification with qualification to teach in grades 4-6 of primary school. We are looking for teachers who are skilled leaders. It is important that you can lead your student group in a relational way while optimizing your students' development by both supporting and challenging your students in learning. You adapt your instruction to the group's and individual students' needs. Experience with and knowledge of working with children with special needs is an asset. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. These positions are permanent employment at 100% with start date 2027-01-11. We may apply a probationary period for new recruitment.
