About the Job As an instructor, you will have primary responsibility for the educational content, structure, and implementation of the program. This is a varied role where classroom lectures are combined with practical training based on the Swedish National Agency for Education's curriculum. Your Responsibilities Design and oversee the program's content, planning, and delivery according to contract terms. Assess and apply appropriate pedagogical methods for each participant. Guide and inspire participants through practical and theoretical instruction. Participate in participant selection through testing and assessment of their potential. Collaborate with the Public Employment Service and other stakeholders to facilitate participants' path to employment. Handle administrative work related to the program. About You At least 1 year of full-time professional experience as a chef or in a related field. At least 2 years of full-time experience teaching adults in your vocational field (secondary education, municipal adult education, and/or labor market training) within the last 6 years. You are pedagogically skilled and able to adapt teaching methods to individual needs and circumstances. You have strong computer skills and are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
