Your tasks As a 1st line technician, you are the face of the company and the first point of contact for customers who need technical support. You will handle incoming support requests via phone, email and ticket management systems, troubleshoot and solve technical problems, and guide customers through solutions. Furthermore, you will document and categorize tickets for further analysis and follow-up, and escalate complex problems to 2nd and 3rd line when needed.
