Who are we looking for? We are looking for a Site Manager, or a Foreman who is ready to take the step into the role, and who has experience managing land, construction, or infrastructure projects. You build trust through clarity, commitment, and a genuine interest in both people and business. We particularly value people who share our core values regarding safety, ethics, customer focus, and collaboration. You see long-term thinking as a success factor and want to be part of developing both the business and the people around you. Why choose us? With us, you get a secure and stable employer with clear structures and processes that make everyday life easier. We have a strong safety culture and offer a good work environment where you get to work long-term with projects that deliver results over time. Within the group there are great development opportunities for those who want to grow, and you also get access to a company car and good benefits.
