You have higher education in HR or labor law, or alternatively have acquired equivalent expertise through professional work experience. You have solid experience in qualified HR work in a leading role in a larger organization, and a good understanding of both strategic and operational perspectives. Labor law, negotiation, and cooperation are natural parts of your daily work, and you are used to handling complex personnel matters with both knowledge, clarity, and good judgment. As a person you are structured and solution-oriented, with the ability to create order and momentum even in unclear situations. You move freely between different perspectives and environments and have a good sense of what the business needs. You also have an interest in how digitalization and AI can help develop HR work forward. You have good knowledge of Swedish and preferably English.
