We are seeking experienced glass installers - Lørenskog and Bærum, Norway Glassmester1 is growing and looking for skilled glass installers for exciting projects. We are recruiting for our departments in Lørenskog and Bærum. Glassmester1 is part of the Carlot AS group and is one of Norway's leading companies in the glass industry. Installation and replacement of glass, insulated glass, mirrors, shower solutions, glass railings, glass walls, doors, and simple aluminum and façade solutions for private and corporate customers. . Measuring and assessing practical installation solutions. . Document completed work with photos, discrepancies, and work reports. . Use of digital systems for work environment (HMS), time tracking, documentation, maintenance documentation, and project follow-up. . Practical tasks related to daily operations, equipment, service vehicles, and warehouse and workshop maintenance. Qualifications: . A professional certificate is advantageous, but relevant experience can compensate for formal education. . Documented experience in the glass industry, construction industry, façade work, installation of windows and doors, or similar skilled trades. . Class B driver's license. . Good knowledge of English or a Scandinavian language. Applicants who do not speak a Scandinavian language should be motivated to learn Norwegian. . Independent, service-oriented, and solution-focused. . Experienced in using digital tools and mobile applications. Personal Qualities: . Meticulous, reliable, and responsible. . Organized and quality-conscious. . Engaged in the profession and interested in the field of expertise. . Service-oriented and cooperative with colleagues, customers, and project managers. We Offer: .
