Using the Time Care Pool scheduling system, you plan assignments so that the right substitute, with the right competence, ends up at the right workplace, at the right time. The staffing planners will also handle all short-term absences for residential care, disability services, and home care. You handle temporary staff requests that come in through the staffing system from operations within the Social Services Department and the Children and Education Department. This can involve both acute short-term needs and planned long-term needs such as vacation or other absences. You will also be the one to receive and handle short-term absences from operations in the Social Services Department. The role also includes reviewing temporary staffing needs in the operations, planning and booking introductions for both the permanent "Pool" staff and the hourly employees. You perform control of time rules in Time Care Pool related to rest periods and weekly days off according to the Working Time Act, distribute leasing cars, and maintain ongoing dialogue with managers, administrators, and management support in the operations. You should be comfortable having many contacts both by phone and email. The work also includes other administrative tasks such as documentation and writing meeting notes, as well as handling follow-ups in Excel. When needed, you should participate in recruitment processes and be confident in conducting follow-up conversations with temporary staff, such as during introductions and feedback sessions. Your competence Requirements: You have upper secondary education and are comfortable working in several different systems.
