Therapist for MST Team in Open Care Unit at EÅV sdf

Welcome to us The Department of Individual and Family (IoF) is responsible for supporting and helping children, young people, and adults in difficult life situations and works preventively to provide support at the right time. Within the department, we have the area of children and youth – placement and open care. We are responsible for children and young people placed in municipal care and offer open care with care decisions for our children, young people, and their families. We have just over 65 employees in this area. In open care unit 2, we are now looking for an MST therapist for one of our two MST teams. MST is a structured family treatment within open care that is offered to families with children and young people who exhibit norm-breaking behavior such as criminality, substance abuse, school problems, and/or aggression. MST is an evidence-based and intensive treatment program that focuses treatment on the environment where the young person is located, their home and family, school and its staff, the local area, and friends. Open care unit 2 consists of 23 employees led by a unit manager. All employees work on behalf of investigating social workers using intensive, structured multimodal approaches. Within the unit, we have two MST teams. You will work together with both teams even though you have your primary affiliation with one team. We share on-call duty and are located in shared premises.
