We now want to invest in our confirmands, young people, and young adults. We are doing this by announcing two positions with a youth profile. For the past couple of years, we have had a team focused on confirmation work. We want to expand this with a team focused on youth work. We envision that with your musical background, you can help confirmands, young people, and young adults joyfully engage in singing and music in our churches. The position also includes traditional musician duties with church services, religious ceremonies, possible gospel choir, and possible children's choir. You will have the opportunity to help shape how and in what ways this is done together with a wonderful group of colleagues. Osby Pastorat currently has 4 musicians (one of whom is retiring), 3-4 priests, a deacon, and a parish educator. The confirmation team also includes support staff. Someone who is attentive and has a genuine interest in working with children. You can work both independently and in close collaboration with the family. Experience with tube feeding and epilepsy is a merit. Previous experience as a personal assistant or working with children is an advantage, but we place the greatest emphasis on personal suitability and good personal chemistry. Experience with alternative and augmentative communication (AAC). Work Hours/Position Position: 90%. Start by agreement. Fixed schedule. Work hours are scheduled for afternoons, evenings, and awake nights. You work every other week nights 22:00-08:00 and every other week afternoons 13:30-18:00.
