As Workshop Manager with us, you will have a key role. You will lead daily operations and work operatively alongside two other mechanics/technicians. We are a family business that has run a workshop and been involved in motorsport for over 40 years (since 1989). Our goal is to offer customers the best possible service with the highest service level, and even under time pressure, you must try to do your best to serve customers in the best way possible. So that every customer can have maximum enjoyment and benefit from their vehicle or machine. A class B driver's license and workshop experience is a requirement, and you must be a solid, skilled mechanic. If that sounds like you, we have the dream job for you! The most exciting part? During the year we are building a completely new facility and workshop. You will be directly involved in shaping and structuring our new workplace from the ground up. Your main responsibilities: Plan, allocate and lead the workshop team's work (3 people total). Perform service, repairs and advanced troubleshooting primarily on CAN-AM and CFMOTO. Manage workshop workflows, parts ordering and inventory. Handle customer reception, appointment scheduling and cost estimates. Contribute suggestions for the development of our new, modern workshop facility. We are looking for a structured team leader driven by development. You love technology, naturally take responsibility and want to be part of our growth journey. Your qualifications: Several years of experience as a mechanic for ATV & MC or other powersports vehicles. Experience with CAN-AM (BRP) and/or CFMOTO is highly desirable. Good computer skills for diagnostic software, code readers and business systems. Documented leadership skills or strong potential to lead a small team. Fluent Swedish in speech and writing, and good technical English. Class B driver's license is a requirement. Class A license and ATV operator's license are a big plus.
