The position is internal at Manpower where your tasks will include: - Making an initial selection of candidates - Reviewing CVs - Conducting telephone interviews - Booking candidates for interviews with consulting managers - Declining candidates who don't meet requirements We believe it's important that you get a good start with us, so you'll receive thorough introduction training where you'll learn several different systems and how to conduct telephone interviews efficiently and with high quality. Work hours are Monday through Friday during daytime, on-site at Manpower's office, and we'd like you to be able to work at least 50 hours per month. You'll schedule your shifts together with your manager, and there's flexibility available. We'd especially like you to have the opportunity to work more shifts during our peak seasons (April, May, October, and November). The office is located in the newly built Citygate in Gårda, Northern Europe's tallest office building, with beautiful views over Gothenburg. Are you our new colleague? We're looking for you who: - Are studying human resources or relevant field at university/college with at least 4 semesters remaining - Can work approximately 50 hours/month, preferably more shifts during peak season (April, May, October & November) - Have good computer/system skills - Are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written - Have good understanding of English, both spoken and written We'd especially like it if you have previous experience working in service or customer service!
