Step 1 - Paid Training via Experis Academy The program begins with intensive training in aircraft safety. As an aircraft safety engineer, you will: Conduct and drive risk analyses Develop and review safety arguments and evidence Ensure traceability between requirements, design, and verification Work with documentation related to aircraft safety assurance and certification Participate in technical forums and collaborate with experts in multiple disciplines Quality assure systems from an aircraft safety perspective You follow the system's entire lifecycle—from early concepts and design, through verification and validation, to final approval. The role is analytical, structured, and technically broad, and you will have the opportunity to develop into a specialist in an area where your contribution makes a direct difference.
