Through Experis Academy, you will receive paid training starting in November, followed by a 12-month specialization period with our partner in the defense industry in Gothenburg. Step 1 - Paid Training via Experis Academy The program begins with intensive training in aircraft safety. The training takes place in Gothenburg and provides you with: Fundamental and advanced knowledge of aircraft safety Introduction to regulations, standards, and certification processes Training in risk analysis, requirement management, and safety assurance Coaching and support to develop both technical and soft skills Experis Academy is part of Experis and ManpowerGroup, and our training programs have been developed across Europe. Here you will apply your knowledge in practice and develop in the role of aircraft safety engineer. As an aircraft safety engineer, you will: Conduct and drive risk analyses Develop and review safety arguments and evidence Ensure traceability between requirements, design, and verification Work with documentation related to aircraft safety assurance and certification Participate in technical forums and collaborate with experts in multiple disciplines Quality assure systems from an aircraft safety perspective You follow the system's entire lifecycle—from early concepts and design, through verification and validation, to final approval. The role is analytical, structured, and technically broad, and you will have the opportunity to develop into a specialist in an area where your contribution makes a direct difference. Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for you as someone with a genuine interest in technology and who wants to understand how systems work in depth.
