About the Workplace The social psychiatry operations area encompasses several services including residential support, employment, and work rehabilitation. The overall purpose of these operations is to increase opportunities for recovery. In the fall of 2026, we are expanding our operations with a new residential support unit in Dalby, serving all villages in Lund Municipality. The unit will initially consist of 4 residential support workers who will be supported by the unit manager and the unit's pedagogical coordinator. About the Role and Your Responsibilities Working in Social Psychiatry means that you are a social and pedagogical support to people with mental health disabilities in a respectful manner. By creating security and structure, you support the service user in their recovery process. Your role includes developing implementation plans together with the service user, conducting regular evaluations, and participating in SIP meetings. We collaborate broadly with, for example, family members, guardians/administrators, and care neighbors. Your daily work is based on each service user's individual implementation plan, which includes, for example, cleaning, cooking, and shopping. You motivate participation in activities and employment, both within and outside the residential setting, to break isolation. Regular documentation is part of your work with us.
