As a personal assistant, you provide individualized support and care to individuals who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each client is unique, and your work tasks will vary based on the client's needs. You respect the client's self-determination and integrity, and contribute to making everyday life run smoothly. About the Position The role of personal assistant places high demands on the ability to build good relationships. We are therefore looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take your own initiative and see what needs to be done. We are now seeking someone who meets the following criteria: Wants to work for a man in his 30s living in Vellinge Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Has experience with tube feeding Has experience with mobility aids Has previous experience working as a personal assistant Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. Work Hours and Employment Level: The current employment form is hourly employment, which means work as needed with varying work hours. Work hours are scheduled as follows: Weekdays: 14:45–08:45 Weekends: 14:30–14:30 Shifts include standby/on-call time of 6.5 hours Salary Fixed hourly wage by agreement and other compensation (overtime/standby time) according to collective agreement.
