We are now seeking a general practice physician (specialistläkare i allmänmedicin) to join us. As a general practice specialist with us, you will have stimulating and developmental work where you have the opportunity to build relationships and spend quality time with patients during visits. The position is a permanent full-time employment with a start date of 2026-10-05 or by agreement. About the Department The Department of Geriatrics, Neurology, and Rehabilitation (GNR) is part of the Southern Primary Care Area. GNR has two inpatient wards: one focused on rehabilitation (26A) and one for stroke/neurology (26B). Ward 26B treats patients with neurological diseases, including stroke. The clinic has 5 neurologists, 4 stroke-specialized physicians, and 7 resident physicians in neurology. The neurology outpatient clinic is comprehensive and well-established with extensive diagnostic and treatment capabilities. We also have a neurology consultation function linked to the clinic. We are now seeking a chief physician/specialist physician in neurology to join our outpatient clinic team. You will see a wide variety of patients in outpatient neurology and also work as a consultant to other clinics and departments in the hospital. You will collaborate closely with our outpatient nurses, who have specialized expertise in neurology.
