Hälsocentralen Husum is a health center with staff who care for each other and our patients. Husum has good train connections. We are now seeking a general practice physician (specialistläkare i allmänmedicin) to join us. As a general practice specialist with us, you will have stimulating and developmental work where you have the opportunity to build relationships and spend quality time with patients during visits. The position is a permanent full-time employment with a start date of 2026-10-05 or by agreement. Duties The assignment includes: Regular work at a physician's clinic with scheduled and acute unscheduled patient visits Annual check-ups Follow-up from inpatient care Consultation with SÄBO and home care services in the municipality Documentation Mentoring of junior colleagues Certain on-call duty as standby on-call Documentation in Cosmic Qualifications We are looking for you who: Are a licensed physician with specialist competence issued by Socialstyrelsen in general medicine Have mentor training Have a Class B driving license Have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing It is an advantage if you: Have experience working in primary care Have good knowledge of English in speech and writing To succeed in this role, we believe you have these personal qualities: Personal maturity Flexibility Collaboration skills Pedagogical insight Region Västernorrland With approximately 7,000 employees and over 200 professions, we at Region Västernorrland are responsible for several of the operations that are most important for residents' ability to participate in society.
