Experience troubleshooting clients, peripherals, and user-facing IT environments. Strong ability to document and work in ticketing systems. Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Valid driver's license (Class B). Meritorious Experience working in larger organizations or complex IT environments. Experience with client management and lifecycle management of IT equipment. Experience supporting conference room technology and printing solutions.
