The schools offer on-site adult education in care and nursing at level 1, with a team consisting of vocational teachers, Swedish language teachers, trained pedagogues, and when needed, language support and special education teachers. With a teacher ratio of 5-6 students per educator and motivated students, we expect very good results. Teacher Substitute You will fill a gap during both planned and unplanned absences. With pedagogical ability and initiative, you can temporarily take on the role of teaching adult students based on existing planning. Teaching experience is your best platform for quickly assuming the role, particularly experience with adult education. Pedagogical training is your tool for successfully conveying knowledge in your teaching. Teaching is conducted on-site in Borlänge, on a full-time basis.
