About the Position As a technical coordinator, you will be the hub between the team, customers, and suppliers. You ensure that communication flows smoothly, information reaches the right people, and processes are followed in a clear and structured manner. You will work from their fantastic, modern office in Jordbro, with proximity to both colleagues and customers. Your day-to-day will be varied and rewarding – you will: Coordinate technical questions and projects Follow up on cases, emails, and documentation Be the contact person for customers and suppliers Responsible for purchasing and ordering materials for the workshop and service personnel Contribute to smooth workflows and provide support to the team We're Looking for Someone Who Has technical experience and is comfortable understanding and handling technical matters Has experience in coordination, administration, or project support Is organized, self-driven, and solution-oriented Enjoys managing multiple processes simultaneously Has a talent for building good relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers Has experience with purchasing or ordering Is accustomed to documentation and case follow-up Additional Information If you have questions about the position, please contact the responsible recruiter Kristina Maksimovic at [email protected].
