Here you have the opportunity to grow in your role, whether you are newly graduated and seeking your first position as a registered nurse or have been working in the profession for a while. About the Operation With us, you will meet patients where they are—in their homes. This is work that requires independence and commitment. We work closely with experienced colleagues within both the nursing group and other professions. In the healthcare operation, there are good conditions for collaboration both within your own team and between teams. We help each other and continuously learn from one another. At the same time, in your role as a registered nurse, you have great freedom within responsibility to work independently and the opportunity to plan and perform your own work. When you start your employment with us, you will receive an individually tailored introduction that provides you with good conditions and a safe and stable start in your new position. We also offer mentorship after you have completed your introduction and when the time is right. We know that the opportunity to turn to an experienced and knowledgeable registered nurse for advice and support is appreciated. Job Responsibilities Your job responsibilities include assessing, planning, and structuring work with individual patients and their loved ones from a person-centered approach. You follow up and document according to applicable legislation. As a registered nurse, you work independently and have patient responsibility. You work in close collaboration with your colleagues such as registered nurses, assistant nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and rehabilitation assistants. If you work at a care and residential facility, you also collaborate with the unit manager and care staff at the facility as well as with the ward responsible physician. The same applies if you work with patients in regular housing, i.e., collaboration with the unit manager and care staff in home services. Collaboration with various healthcare providers such as hospitals and health centers is part of daily work. Your job responsibilities include developing the operation and guiding and training care staff in healthcare services. We know that work as a registered nurse is meaningful, varied, and developmental, but also that it can occasionally be challenging. This is why good working conditions are especially important to us, and we create this through comfort, team spirit, and work joy and by trusting and supporting each other in daily work. Qualifications You are a registered nurse with authorization to practice within Swedish healthcare, and we prefer that you have some experience in your profession. Experience working with our target groups is a merit. You have good communication skills, enjoy working with people, and have the will to make a difference for those we serve. We value that you are confident in yourself and in your nursing role and that you can work independently. You are responsible and engaged in your work, professional in your assessments and decisions, and you adapt easily to changing circumstances and new information. In the role, you need to have a good overview of current tasks and services; the ability to independently organize and follow up on your work is therefore important. We place great emphasis on your ability to collaborate and find solutions in agreement with all your contacts, whether it involves family members, staff within primary care, inpatient care, or other actors. You have a collegial approach and contribute to good morale in the group. Since the role of registered nurse involves leading others, you need the ability to explain and guide in a pedagogical manner, educate, and inform. You express yourself well in Swedish in speech and writing and have good experience with IT-based medical record systems. If you have specialist training in geriatrics, district care, dementia, psychiatry, or palliative care, this is a merit and a specialist position may be relevant. We require that you have a category B driver's license. Before an employment offer is made, a certificate from the police criminal records registry must be presented.
