STIL will be your employer and I will be your work leader together with my work supervisor. Send your application to: [email protected] STIL stands for Founders of Independent Living in Sweden. We are a non-profit assistance cooperative and a non-profit organization of people with non-normative functionality. At STIL, members themselves supervise their personal assistants. We work for self-determination, freedom, and equal opportunities regardless of functional ability. STIL was founded in 1984 and we were instrumental in introducing personal assistance in Sweden.
