The Role As an occupational health nurse/registered nurse at Avonova, you provide professional support to company management, managers, contact persons, and employees. You serve as a support and advisor on matters relating to health, work environment, and wellbeing, and contribute your expertise to create sustainable workplaces at our client companies. The role involves responsibility for planning, coordinating, and implementing health promotion and work environment-related initiatives based on client needs. You will be part of a team of professional consultants with medical, technical, psychosocial, organizational, and administrative expertise. You should also be comfortable working independently. You will primarily work at our health center in Halmstad. Work may also occur at adjacent health centers and at our client sites. Your responsibilities include: Health screenings Statutory medical examinations Vaccinations Staffing occupational health clinics at client locations Coordinating and managing rehabilitation work and training initiatives Account responsibility for certain client companies Qualifications We are looking for someone trained as an occupational health nurse or registered nurse, preferably with occupational health experience. Experience with rehabilitation coordination is a plus. You have a business-minded and consultative approach with a focus on customer value and satisfaction in a sales-oriented organization. You have a health promotion mindset and genuine interest in people, their health, and work environment. You are confident, stable, and self-driven, and enjoy collaborating in teams with other professionals such as nurses, physicians, physiotherapists/ergonomists, behavioral scientists, occupational hygienists, and administrators.
