Administrative tasks are also part of the position, such as email management and registration in self-reporting systems. Qualifications The position requires good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, and at least 1 year of work experience in the facility custodian profession regarding regular facility maintenance. You must have experience with mechanical cleaning equipment such as combination floor cleaning machines, floor scrubbers, and polishing machines. You must not have any form of allergy that affects the performance of the work. You have good experience working with IT systems such as Teams, Outlook, and good ability to work with iPads and learn new IT systems in order to perform your work. It is advantageous if you have facility cleaning experience from an educational institution, particularly in cleaning lab areas. It is also advantageous if you have some form of education in facility services and if you speak and write English.
