JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a youth recreation leader, you work with young people ages 13-25 and your primary task is to be a trusted adult who works for and builds good relationships with the youth. You help create an atmosphere of openness and respect where young people feel free to express themselves and take their own initiatives. You take on a coaching role and have the ability to motivate and inspire. By promoting, supporting, and guiding young people's active participation in planning and implementing activities and projects, you help them develop while creating conditions for informal learning and meaningful leisure time. You work in open operations but also lead group activities and planned activities. As a youth recreation leader in Skövde Municipality, you also work with outreach activities. Through school visits or spending time where young people gather, you inform them about the operations and listen to what interests them. Another part of the work is to support and coach young people for the future through labor market and study support activities. As a youth recreation leader, you develop the operations together with colleagues and visitors but also collaborate with other sectors within the municipality, associations, study organizations, and regional and national operations. Work takes place mainly in the afternoons and evenings but also during daytime and weekends! The position is 75% and begins with a six-month probationary period. Clinical occlusal physiology is the specialty within dentistry that investigates and treats long-term pain conditions and functional disorders in the face and jaws. WORK TASKS As a dental hygienist/dental assistant, you will work with standard dental assistant tasks. Can you weld, tinker, or build pipes – or are you just a curious person who enjoys learning? Then we want to talk with you. With us, you'll work with gas, cryo, and hydrogen – something few others in Sweden get to handle – together with a great team that supports each other. About the Job You'll be building and servicing advanced gas and cryo systems in our own workshop on Tjörn and on-site at customer locations. You'll never work alone on the challenging tasks; we work in small teams and solve things together. Depending on your background, your work will involve welding, mechanical work, pipe assembly, or service.
