We are now recruiting a property manager in Götene As a property manager, you are responsible for indoor and outdoor maintenance at our customers' properties and you become part of a team that handles daily management. In addition to fault reports, residents and customers request various smaller services such as repair assignments in apartments and facilities. You are also responsible for managing the purchase and care of your own work equipment. The position of property manager is varied and autonomous work. Your daily tasks include: Routine fault correction and maintenance following fault reports Troubleshooting Handling daily customer contacts Indoor and outdoor inspections Maintenance and development of green areas Planting, pruning, and basic plant care Winter maintenance such as snow removal and de-icing You will use your mobile phone or computer to receive and report your work. You will work both independently and together with your colleagues, and you are expected to independently solve the challenges you face in your work. You plan your workday together with your colleagues and your group manager. The role includes on-call duty during the winter period with a focus on snow removal and winter maintenance. You contribute with your expertise and engagement We are looking for someone who is curious, unpretentious, and helpful. You have the ability to see and meet our customers' needs. You are a team player who supports your colleagues and have a positive attitude toward your work, our customers, and your coworkers. It is also important that you are service-oriented, quality-conscious, and have the ability to organize your work efficiently. You have upper secondary education and/or vocational education in property management or administration. It is a merit if you have experience from skilled trades such as electrical work and/or plumbing. Experience and interest in green area maintenance, plant care, and outdoor environment management are meriting. Experience in operating and handling smaller machinery, such as wheel loaders, tractors, or similar equipment, is also a merit. Good computer skills are a necessity as all work order management is digitalized and largely handled through mobile phone apps. You will be given the opportunity to develop your knowledge through internal training. You have a category B driver's license You can communicate in Swedish in speech and writing The position is a permanent full-time employment based in Götene, but work at other locations within the market area may occur.
