We are now recruiting, on behalf of ID06, a customer support representative for their Service Desk in Stockholm. ID06 operates the ID06 system for secure identification in the workplace and works toward fair competition and safe and socially sustainable workplaces. The Service Desk is a central part of interaction with users. About the Role As a customer support representative, you will work together with a team that handles incoming requests via telephone and email. Contacts come from both Swedish and international users and often concern questions about ID06 cards, orders, and regulations. The work involves, among other things: answering calls and emails from companies and card users reviewing photos, identity documents, and certificates in connection with ID06 card orders handling cases according to established routines and rules working in multiple systems simultaneously to resolve cases correctly from the start The work varies between call time and other tasks, but the volume of incoming calls is high and there is essentially always a queue. However, the demands for accuracy and correctness remain consistently high. You will handle personal data and in some cases classified information, which means that responsibility and quality are central to the role. The team works together toward goals linked to customer satisfaction and quality in case handling. Who We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who has experience with customer support, customer service, or similar work and who feels comfortable in customer conversations even when questions are repetitive or when the customer is frustrated. You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and if you also speak a third language, such as Polish, Ukrainian, or a similar language, that is a merit. The third language is primarily used in phone calls with users who have limited Swedish language skills. (Hemfrid) ABOUT THE POSITION As a Cleaner for Large-Scale and Moving Jobs, you will work together with dedicated colleagues at our customers' locations. Your main tasks will consist of: Moving cleaning Large-scale cleaning Window washing This is a perfect part-time job if you want to work alongside your studies, other work, or are looking for flexible part-time employment. Work shifts vary according to need and are planned in dialogue with you. WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO Have previous experience in professional cleaning. Enjoy working in a team. Are thorough, responsible, and service-oriented. Can communicate in Swedish or English. Can work flexible hours. Have a B-class driver's license. Access to your own car is a merit. Previous experience in moving cleaning, large-scale cleaning, home cleaning, or hotel cleaning is a big plus. WE OFFER A flexible part-time job with varying work shifts.
