One assignment involves handling an ongoing flow of foundation cases with high quality and efficiency. The other involves using law as a tool to enable effective and lawful oversight to prevent criminal economy. What does the role include? As a lawyer specializing in foundation law, you are responsible for investigating and handling foundation cases by following up on foundations in accordance with applicable regulations. The work is done both independently and in close collaboration with other case handlers and lawyers in the unit. You work independently with multiple cases in parallel and are expected to be able to prioritize, structure, and switch pace between in-depth review and moving cases forward where needed. Because the volume of cases is sometimes high, it is important that you are both stable and well-organized. You are expected to actively contribute to developing work methods and priorities so that we achieve greater efficiency and shorter processing times without compromising legal certainty.
