The services will be operated under a service contract with the City of Trollhättan. About the Role of Assistant Operations Manager As Assistant Operations Manager, you work closely with the Operations Manager and other support functions to ensure well-functioning services with high quality. You provide support in daily operations and actively participate in matters related to operations development, quality, work environment, planning, and coordination. In this role, you will gain broad insight into and experience with the areas involved in LSS leadership. You will work closely with Operations Managers and the services and progressively have the opportunity to develop your knowledge within quality and legislation as well as economics, work environment, and personnel matters. Who Are You? You have relevant higher education, such as social worker, behavioral scientist, or other equivalent education. We would like to see that you have experience from care, social work, or work with people with disabilities, but we do not require previous management experience or experience with LSS leadership. The most important thing is that you have a genuine interest in people, a desire to develop, and a commitment to quality and operations development. As a person, you are responsible, organized, and solution-oriented. You enjoy collaboration, build good relationships, and are motivated by contributing to both people's and organizations' development. Qualifications: Requirements: Higher education such as social worker, behavioral scientist, or other equivalent education that meets the IVO's requirements for a management position within LSS. Experience from care, social work, or work with people with disabilities Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both spoken and written. B driver's license. Good administrative and digital skills. Additional merits if you also have: Experience working within LSS. Experience working with people with disabilities. Experience with coordinating assignments, such as support pedagogue, coordinator, team leader, or similar. Experience with quality work and documentation according to LSS. Education in clarifying pedagogy, low-arousal interaction, or other relevant methods.
