Your responsibilities You will teach the aforementioned subjects in the Aesthetic Program. The position also includes a shared assignment as a mentor, which involves close collaboration with your mentor colleague, the student welfare team, and your work group. As a teacher, you see the student's entire school day as important and you therefore collaborate with guardians, colleagues, and others working in the school. We are seeking someone with teacher certification as a upper secondary school teacher in Swedish and Physical Education and Health. You have pedagogical experience and it is a merit if you have taught at the upper secondary level. You are well versed in the school's governing documents. As a person, you are confident and stable with the ability to create trusting relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. You work well in a team, share your knowledge, and actively contribute to a positive and developmental work environment. You have good pedagogical insight where you are clear and adapt instruction to students' different abilities and needs. You motivate, enthuse, and create conditions for each student to reach their full potential. At the same time, you have the ability to set boundaries and create a conducive study environment when needed. You have well-developed oral communication skills and convey information in a clear, structured, and reassuring manner. You adapt your language based on students' circumstances and ensure that the message reaches and is understood by everyone. You communicate very well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. Since we work with people, we see that you are flexible and can adapt to changed circumstances and variations in work pace throughout the day.
