A central part of the work is continued development of magnetic reference layers, MRL, for neutron reflectometry. The work builds on previous development of Co- and CoTi-based reference layers and will include development and optimization of SiO2-based capping layers for MRL substrates. The work also includes structural characterization of the prepared thin films, primarily through X-ray reflectometry, XRR, and X-ray diffraction, XRD, as well as analysis and modeling of measurement data. Documentation, compilation, and scientific analysis of experimental results are part of your responsibilities. You will also participate in the preparation and writing of scientific publications. About you We are looking for someone with a strong interest in experimental thin film physics who can work independently with advanced laboratory equipment. About the Site Supervisor Role As a site supervisor at NCC, you have an important and central role in production. You are responsible for leading and preparing work within your assigned area of responsibility and involving relevant employees and subcontractors. You work closely with the site manager but also have a team of skilled workers and specialists to support you. Your Profile as Site Supervisor We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience or more as a site supervisor in construction production and relevant education in construction and civil engineering from a vocational college or university. As a person, you are structured, solution-oriented, and have strong communication skills. You are confident in your leadership role and have the ability to create engagement and participation in the project organization. You work proactively to ensure effective collaboration and have an easy way of building long-term and trusting relationships – both internally with colleagues and externally with subcontractors.
